Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Partiu Viajar ("we," "our," or "the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the app.

2. What is Partiu Viajar

Partiu Viajar is a travel planning platform that lets you organize itineraries, manage budgets, bookings, documents, checklists, and track trip expenses, among other travel-planning features.

3. Registration and account

To use Partiu Viajar, you need to create an account, either with an email and password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password and access credentials confidential;
• Providing true, complete, and up-to-date information when registering;
• All activity carried out through your account;
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Partiu Viajar account.

4. Plans and subscriptions

Partiu Viajar offers a free trial period and recurring paid plans (monthly or yearly), processed through a specialized payments platform. By subscribing to a plan:

• Charges are made automatically to the credit card provided, at the end of the trial period and at each new billing cycle;
• You can cancel at any time from the app's Settings area, with no penalty;
• Cancellation stops future charges but does not generate a prorated refund for the period already paid, except where required by law;
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

5. Acceptable use

By using Partiu Viajar, you agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data that does not belong to you;
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the app's source code;
• Overload or interfere with the platform's normal operation;
• Use the artificial intelligence features to generate offensive, illegal, or harmful content targeting third parties.

6. AI-generated content

Partiu Viajar uses artificial intelligence models to generate itinerary suggestions and answer travel questions (Travel AI). These suggestions are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. We recommend always confirming critical information (prices, availability, documentation requirements, visas, vaccines) directly with official sources before making travel decisions.

7. Your data and content

You retain ownership of all content you enter into the app (itineraries, photos, documents, notes). By uploading files, you represent that you hold the necessary rights to that content and grant us a limited license to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Service availability

We strive to keep Partiu Viajar available 24 hours a day, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons, with advance notice whenever possible.

9. Limitation of liability

Partiu Viajar is an organization and planning tool. We are not responsible for travel decisions made based on information from the app, for losses resulting from cancellations, overbooking, changes made by third parties (airlines, hotels, operators), or for temporary unavailability of the service.

10. Account termination

You can close your account at any time from the Settings area. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use, with prior notice whenever possible.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Significant changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice, at least 15 days before they take effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The user's home jurisdiction is elected as the venue for resolving any disputes, in accordance with Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.
